Volunteer to be a Shop Steward!
As a shop steward you will have the knowledge of the union behind you. Stewards are encouraged and supported in attending training and in representing their fellow workers. It is a great way to gain confidence and skills that are transferable into all aspects of your life and work.
If you would like to volunteer, contact one of your Local Executive members or the union hall and we will hook you up.
